Google Bad Review 1: I am quite disappointed with the overall professionalism of the skin clinic at 152 Harley street. Whilst my consultant was pleasant, thorough and very knowledgeable during my consultation – this is why I have given 2 stars and not 1. Every aspect of my dealings with this clinic has fallen below expected standards.
To begin, trying to actually get a consultation was a time consuming process, it took over a month to get an appointment due to a lot of back and forth via email.
Once I arrived at my consultation my consultant Dr Iaonnis Goutos was very knowledgable, thorough and left me feeling very confident about my treatment plan and next steps. I was told that a detailed personalised treatment plan and record of our discussion would be sent to me alongside treatment prices and next steps. For a consultation that cost £250 I felt that this was fair.
It took almost 2 weeks for this treatment plan to arrive, when I was advised it would arrive within a week. There was no apologies for the delay. Upon reviewing it I found that it was very basic in detail and essentially briefly summarised the consultation, with no clear outline of what next steps I could take next to begin ALL of my treatments. The cost of several of my treatments were omitted and it appeared i would need to spend a further £500 in consultations as this ‘clinic’ is essentially a office for drs to use and not an actual multidisciplinary skin clinic where several skin conditions can be treated simultaneously. I think this should have been clearly outlined.
To date my last correspondence with this clinic requesting the cost of treatment had gone ignored. What seems to be a shame as an excellent DR. has been let down by his unsupportive staff.
