Google Bad Review: This hotel does not even deserve 1 star! On Thurs 25 July [the hottest day] we were booked to stay at Mowbray Court Hotel, London but due to the temperature (40 degrees +), the aircon on our train from Nottingham breaking down (we only travelled 40 miles and had to stay at Leicester station until engineers came out), and due to the fire near St Pancras (which closed the station) the train conductor confirmed we would not get to London that day. We took an Uber back home. We tried to get our money back from Mowbray Court Hotel, London but the Mowbray Court Hotel said NO. I asked them if they would reconsider, taking into account it was through no fault of our own and heard nothing back. Absolutely disgraceful!!!
