Google Bad Review: I see since writing my review 6 months ago that no one bothered to even add a comment on behalf of Morum House. I think that sums things up pretty well.
I don't want to blame either the receptionists or GP's as I know things have been difficult during Covid BUT there are some serious issues relating to the efficient and effective way the practice is organised and run. This results in particular that patients lives are made more difficult than they should be. There have been problems going back for a few years now but it never seems to improve. IF ANYONE, for example the Practice manager reads this or anyone who honestly cares do you think please once and for all that you can find ways to improve the organisation?
