Google Bad Review 1: Called for advice on an ophthalmic condition – potential detached retina. Told to go to my local AE, (waiting time 10 hours) no assessment or worsening instructions given. As a health professional is an appalling level of care. I am so disappointed at this engagement with a specialist centre.

Google Bad Review (2): Don’t go there with anything they do not deal with on a daily basis. They will be completely dismissive for months while your eye deteriorates, and then give you telephone appointments where they repeatedly misdiagnose you without even examining you, also telling you your symptoms are not your symptoms. They will also tell you over the phone that they’re referring you to see a specialist, and then after waiting weeks for the referral letter to turn up, you will find out that they did not refer you to anywhere. They are just horribly negligent.
