Google Bad Review 1: Make sure before you applying for a Cleaner position at Moly Maids Bexley you make lady on the phone feel SPECIAL:). Disaster, how people can work for you!!!! I found missed call and called back, not knowing who was
trying to call me, lady on the phone introduce what company she was calling from and asked me on the phone “what position did you apply” and I did answer “cleaning I believe”, but it didn’t sound really SPECIAL for her (that what she said)… There was reasonable and polite answer. Probably she doesn’t understand what does it means to find a job now and how many positions you are applying a day. Please stop insulting people and be more sensible at this difficult times for everyone. I believe she was not redundant due to all Covid situation, sitting on her soft chair and giving comments how to make her feel special. She didn’t even let me open my mouth and end up conversation. Rude and not professional. Honestly, first time in my life I did experience this kind of attitude.
Google Reviewer 2, Name (Bad Review): Regan Kindrick
Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn’t recommend this company. I had a monthly clean with them for about a year and I found that they clean well the first couple of times but then they don’t clean effectively throughout the house. Lots of surfaces still have dust and they don’t really scrub. I had a different cleaner each time so it wasn’t my specific cleaner but company issue. I also want to point out, I was told I would get the same cleaner each time. I didn’t.
Customer service isn’t great either. They don’t make it clear dates they are supposed to be coming especially if you have to cancel one session, they then rearrange it and don’t make the correct date clear. You need to specifically ask them exact dates otherwise they will be at your house and you get a charge (even though it was never made clear they were coming)
They also do a recurring payment on your debit card! I thought it was a Direct Debit when I tried to cancel it but my bank told me it was a recurring payment. Do not agree to this because it means they can take out money as and when they please so you have to keep track of if they have taken out the correct amount and even if you cancel with them they can still take out money as they wish.
