Google Bad Review 1: I approached Moksh funeral care last month on the very same day my Grandpa passed, as he had passed at home and we needed to find a funeral home quite quickly. The man i spoke to there could not have been more insensitive and told us they had many other plans, and so we needed to make a decision quite quickly. He wouldn't allow us to take pictures or take away any material to digest which ultimately ended up in us not choosing them – please treat each person that comes into your shop with kindness as they would have all been through something! Funeral homes should be kind and empathetic, not feel rushed and impersonal!
