Google Bad Review 1: Bit confused about all the good reviews. I paid 120 for a replacement screen (it was 170 for the official screen, or 120 for the cheaper screen). THE NEW SCREEN WAS GLUED ON! It wasn't even glued on properly either. Since the replacement I've had a number of new problem with my screen which have never happened before, and the screen seems pretty poor quality. You may as well just go to iSmash and pay an extra £20 or just go to your official phone company and wait a week or so for a replacement. Definitely don't try and save money by coming here, it's not worth it at all.

Google Bad Review (2): The WORST experience i have ever had when trying to fix a phone. Went with a cracked Samsung screen and charged me £180 to fix it. They then didnt fix it properly and it broke again less than 24 hours later. Tried to claim it was because I had put it in my bag… I am sorry but who doesnt put their phone in their bag… and then tried to charge me an additional £85 to get it fixed. Absolutely rip off….robbing people blind… never ever go here and save your money, time and sanity.
