Google Bad Review (2): I would not recommend this garage to any potential customer. I had an issue with my EGR valve and coolant. I did an advanced diagnostic with halfords as well as my own diagnosis with my OBD 2 scanner. Halfords provided me with full documentation relating to the issue and I provided this to the mechanic.
I left the car with them to fix the issue and when collecting and running my diagnosis, the error codes relating to this issue had gone. However, after running the check the next day, the codes re-appeared.
I reached out to the mechanic to have a look at this as I do not expect that if quality work has been done, the error codes would be back.
He claimed to look at it again, and then after collecting the second time, the same scenario played out, at collection no error codes, the next day, same codes returned.
At this point, I knew the job had not be done well (or at all for that matter) so I reached back out to the mechanic who took no accountability.
He then proceeded to block me on WhatsApp further proving his lack of professionalism. This is interesting because after doing the job the first time round, the mechanic mistakenly left his phone in my car and was contacting me with urgency to find a way (even by travelling 14 miles; the distance from his garage to my home) to collect the phone. However when it was now time for him to exercise professionalism and customer service with regards to addressing the issues with my car that I paid him for, he refused to make an effort to come and look at the car, and decided to block me on Whatsapp.
In conclusion, if you want to waste your money, leave your car in a worse or the same state as it was before giving it to the garage, you should use this company.
