Google Bad Review 1: I feel obliged to write this review. I have been in the property business for many years and was surprised at how I was dealt with by this so called “professional” business.
An engineer visited my property and gave us a day quote of 958.50, I thought this is a lot higher than my day rate as a GP – but then went along with it as wanted to get the works done quickly and to a high standard.
Out of the 5 jobs QUOTED, 2 of them were not done – including the most important (installation of the washer drier). And one of the jobs they did do was at a poor standard.
The real trauma happened when I tried to speak to them after. DID NOT WANT TO KNOW, ENGAGE or RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I was even prepared to pay more to get the other issues resolved. They were keen to stick to their illogical explanations and “close the case”. no compensation or remedial works offered.
The quality of a good professional company is tested when things go wrong. I would recommend “north London heating or plumbing” or even “pimlico” (expensive but accountable)
I write this review as I know there are vulnerable people out there who would also be defenceless.
