Google Bad Review 1: The staff were nice and I liked my haircut even though they had cut more than what I had told them to cut. Anyways I got home and I noticed my layers were completely uneven and they had cut my bangs almost half of what I told them to. The right side didn’t match to the other side at all and the haircut was overpriced for what they had served. I wish I had spoken up about it however I didn’t realise how terrible it was until I got home.

Google Bad Review (2): Brazilian keratin treatment ,I did keratin treatment 2 months ago and it even didn't last for 2 days I complained and went there but nothing was changed staff were nice but the treatment I did here was aful I wasted my money also they charged me extra 20 pound by just saying your hair is too long and we have used more cream.very disappointed.i couldn't reply to your ameassage I had appointment on 12 of August and I book through coming to your saline and book was under my name Anishma karki around 1:30pm was my appointment time .
