Google Bad Review: SO TODAY I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM ONE OF THE MANAGERS OF MIRAGE HAIR AND BEAUTY SALON,
Which I think was very unprofessional, I don’t really know what the point of the phone call was I think he was asking me to stop writing reviews about them however he offered me to come back to their salon without admitting any wrongdoing. When I reminded him of what they did he agreed with me but still refused that it was wrong the way they treated me and my children, I have explained what they did was traumatic for my children who didn’t understand why they behaved in such manner, why the lady was shouting so much and that my children were also asking me what was wrong with their hair for them to refuse to do them, he didn’t see the point I was making.
I asked what he meant by him saying he did me a “favour” again failed to explain. So as you can imagine I was gob smacked by these people’s ignorance but also arrogance. Wow.
So I have contacted the salon in the form of complaint to let them know about my experience, but to also to find out about the lady who made my appointment. It turns out that the managers I was complaining to are in fact the very people whom I was complaining about.. yes the female stylist who shouted at me and my children and also open the door for me to leave her shop is in fact the owner of the business and her husband, ( who by the way never offered to help me when I nearly tripped on her shops door step which is to high for someone with a disability.)
I have read your response to my review on here and it states that you don’t blow dry children’s hair, my question for you now is why did you do it before when we’ve visited your salon, surely if that’s something you shouldn’t do then why did you.?
Again why did the owner and manager of the business make the appointment for me herself and she knows what I asked for was the wash, cut and blow dry.. but then when I came I was told that i didn’t make no such appointment.
Iastly how did I intimidate the clients in the salon but your getting your friends to massage me which states that I deserve what I got.. (shocked).
I beg to understand how this makes you a professional business when you clearly have issues with a certain group of people.

I came in yesterday with my two girls for the appointment I made for them, at the time of making the appointment I was asked for the names and ages of my children and I specifically told the lady I spoke to that I wanted a wash, cut and blow dry same as before.. I came in 10 minutes before the time and we were told to sit,, after about 10/15 minutes the man approached me and said we will wet your kids hair as we can't wash them, I said no I came for a wash he said we don't do children's hair and I said but you did do their hair in the past, and he said we did you a favour,, when I was provided with a service I paid for so I don't know what favour he did for me.. anyway I approached the manager who then said I didn't have an appointment and the lady who made the appointment was not there, but she said I can't do your children's hair because they're not simple to do her own words… and I don't have time
fast forward I was really offended and I said what my children,s hair is not good enough for you today and she shouted and said get out of my shop…
I gave my review on Facebook and people responded,, you've since called me and the other people a-gang .. lol to me that suggests whole lot of others things.. yes myself and my children are of black African origin but I am a disabled mother of 3 children so I don't understand how coming for a service makes me a gangster,
