Google Bad Review: Be aware! This company has a zero refund policy regardless of client happiness or quality of work

Avoid this company at all costs. The clean was awful in fact was the worst clean I have ever had to pay for. And the after sales customer care is extremely poor.

We contacted this company and ask them to do a deep clean of one of the properties we own. We were quoted by the company the number of hours would be required to do a deep clean.

The chap then turns up on the day gets shown around, no problems are highlighted by him, a few hours later we are called by the company who asked for another hour to complete the job as they need a bit more time to finish. We approve this but upon seeing the property you would not have known he was even there. Cobwebs still everywhere, hair in the bathroom, dirt and dust on the floors and surfaces and finger marks where we had shown him wear to dust were still there.

Upon communicating with the cleaning company they then said that we were told the incorrect amount of hours that would be required and it was not their fault because they needed more time, even though they contacted me half way through the clean and asked for one more hour to finish the job.

I reminded them it was their team member who told us how many hours would be required and their response was he was only a trainee so didn’t know what he was talking about.

The cleaner also broker a bin which they are refusing to pay for because he will not admit that he did it.

All in all their suggestion for this was to send the same guy back but at a discounted rate to complete the job or to do it again. At our cost!

Upon asking for my money back as I was unhappy I was referred to the terms and conditions where they have stated that regardless of happiness or quality of work they have a zero refund policy.

And now and communication with my bank to get the money back.
