Google Bad Review 1: I was asked to bring my two children in for a trial. Walked in and was immediately greeted by some guy who started to tell me “what did I want? There are no classes today”. I told him I was invited to come down by Chris (the owner) Then the coach came over I repeated what I just told the first guy. He called the owner then came back over to me and told me to call the owner which I did because he was incapable of communicating what had just been spoken about. Then owner said he was able to make it in and the coach taking the class of children was not willing to trial my children. After travelling for 45mins each way to be treated in this way was unprofessional and rude. I wonder if, I was white the reception and the outcome would have been different. I know one child and one adult that train at this facility and I will let then know about my experience. Imagine how my children feel.
