Google Bad Review 1: Michelle holds great responsibility in that she is a reproductive medicine dr and using this as a tool to help people, however in my short experience I was given information from 1 session then 2 weeks later conflicting information causing me a lot of confusion leading to distress, and this was conflicting too to my gp and gynaecologist this could simply be avoided if she made notes or referred to them at least if she does this already.

Google Bad Review (2): The biggest issue I had with Michelle was that three times, once with my husband's test and twice with mine, she looked at other client's results and told us they were ours. I knew they weren't when one time she said “Oh I see it says this…” about a test result that I hadn't even had the blood drawn for it yet. The other time she had mentioned something that didn't correlate with the results we had received when I had requested them via email, so I knew it wasn't our results. Of course she said, oops sorry wrong person, but having this happen on several occasions gave me a vote of no confidence in her. That's in addition to hearing her say after several sessions in that she was slowing down my metabolism when we had already discussed that I have hypothyroidism and a slow metabolism as it is. I felt unvalued as an individual and a client and would prefer to go to someone who actually listens to what I say and who takes the time to pay attention to which client she's working with and their individual needs.

Google Good Review: Michelle is amazing. I cannot recommend her enough. She has been treating me for a while now as I was diagnosed with anaemia due to heavy periods. I wanted to try a natural approach rather than the mirena coil my GP had suggested. It has really helped. Michelle also made a lot of helpful recommendations about iron rich foods. I am also taking my 11 year son to Michelle, at first he was apprehensive but after the first treatment he was asking when he would go again! He really looks forward to it as he finds it very relaxing and it has really helped his focus and schoolwork.
