Google Bad Review 1: I'm sorry but it was a waste of my time and money. My wash and blow dry was being done so fiercely as if I was not a client but a mannequin. My scalp is still hurting! I felt stressed out by all this pulling, rushing and hot air (which I had to point out several times – I've had a few blow dries and the air never burnt so much!). I guess it was the person's style to rush like crazy but I'm not a fan and won't be back. Wish I could have £43 back for what was a disappointing and stressful experience.

Google Bad Review (2): Incredibly rude and snobby staff. What they did for my hair was nothing to write home about but that didn't stop them extortionately overcharging me. I wasn't given a choice of which “stylist” I saw, but I was charged a good £30 more than I expected as the head “stylist” / owner did my hair.
When my friend was waiting for me, she was reading the magazines there. When she put them back (almost as neatly as she had found them), the snobby “stylist” insisted on moving them half an inch further onto the table. He explained that “Our customers expect things to be just so and we have a certain standard.”
The owner made several catty comments about the way my hair had been cut previously. My friend was having her hair done next to me and her “stylist” made very similar comments. Clearly these people have no respect for their competitors. Apparently Battersea Reach residents receive a discount on this place. When I made my appointment, I was envious. Now, I couldn't care less as I can guarantee I won't be back.
