Dear Sir / Madame,
I have paid deposit to a salesman called Mohammed. He has hold the car for me 7 days. And than I said he can sell the car. He pressured me to collect it. On the 8 th day I came to see him in Tooting and he did not put the road tax as requested as a condition of the deposit. I should of avoided him, but he stated that he will give me my deposit back if I did not like the car. It was honda Civic 2004 Hybrid. When I get there, He needed to jump start the car! And said that it is normal when the car is sitting for a while. I also helped him to put air into the tyres to a safe level. I was offered 100 pounds back, which I stupidly refused, and just before that he called some local thug on me. I have spent money on petrol to go to London and back from Southampton and I took my 2.5 year old son with me. This money was from my tax return last year as I earned very little! The main reason I did not buy the ar was the combination of bad signs as I described them above plus mainly pushy$ horrible ( and as I found out later Lying ) salesman who was screaming on me in the car…!

SEEM NICE BUT LIE CONSTANTLY – WENT DOWN TO THEM TWICE TO TRY TO SETTLE ISSUE – GUY IN CHARGE DEMANDED I TAKE HIM TO COURT RATHER THAN SETTLE OUTSIDE UNDER LAW TO GIVE A FULL REFUND
