Google Bad Review: Do not buy from these people!!! If I could give no stars I would.
We brought a car and have had nothing but problems with the clutch. It went back in and had a new clutch fitted but has had issues ever since. Both MEX and the garage that fitted it are saying the other is responsible.
Customer service is atrocious.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Thanks for your response however I do believe you have me confused with someone else, I did not come in a personally thank you for anything and the clutch was fitted less than a year ago and we have not done excessive mileage. This just goes to show that you have no clue as to what good customer service is, any decent reputable company would have called the customer to resolve the issue.
