Google Bad Review 1: If I could give this place negative stars I would. This would be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a beauty salon. I explained to Hina that I have very sensitive skin, so I would prefer only my sides, chin and upper lip to be waxed but very gently, but she insisted that I should wax my whole face even though I mentioned my skin is very sensitive around those areas. She did not listen and put on hot wax over one side of my face and she was not at all gentle, in fact she was extremely aggressive. When she pulled I instantly felt pain and knew something was wrong. She said to me ‘your skin is sensitive don’t wax.’ And I was utterly shocked, like yes, I mentioned I was sensitive but you’re acting like you just found out. She then continued to wax my face…. Until I physically stopped her and told her I’m in pain and to stop. My upper lip area and from the side of my face has actually now been burned to which I most definitely will have scarring. She did not even do my eyebrows well in the slightest, there’s still remaining hair over my face and I still paid her even though I shouldn’t have.
Do better for your money and go elsewhere, her customer service was horrendous and there’s plenty of better places where you’re not left with a wax burn!

Google Bad Review (2): I REALLY REGRET GOING TO THIS PLACE –
My eyes still damaged after eyelashes done at this place!!

I went to this place and i asked for eyelashes for my holidays. When she finished mu eyes were really red.. and thats when she apologised to me about not informing me about not to wear contact lenses. She told me to remove my contact lenses at home for few hours and i followed the instructions. My eyes only got worse , i was abroad and so scared about my eyes. They were soo swollen, red and i was in so much pain. Thats when i realised i had 2 huge bumps inside my eyes and i contacted my uk gp immediately. My gp saw the pictures and adviced me to go to urgency care immediately but i was in the us and they wanted to charge me so much and my travel insurance didn’t wanted to cover it because it happened before travelling.I was only staying for 4 days in the usa so i decided to arrange a medical appointment on my return. This situation ruined my holidays completely . When i returned to the uk my doctor gave me some medication , eye drops and i had to follow his instructions. I contacted Mermer eyes to know the products used and she was extremely unhelpful, saying she was a professional and more rubbish. This situation actually really affected my mental health as almost 1 month later my eyes still not 100%. They still red, i have like a brown scar inside the eye and im in pain when i wake up.

Do no go to this place if you dont want to end up like me!!
