Google Bad Review 1: I'm afraid I wouldn't even give a rating of 1* service & attitude of the staff on the 3rd of November was appalling – was asked how we would like the gammon cooking well medium or rare for a start, 10 meals & they had all finished by the time I had got my very over priced burger – staff never asked once if everything was ok and when I went to the bar & reception I didn't get anything back from them when I tried to talk to them about the level of service

Google Bad Review (2): Filthy run down spa with damaged and tired facilities. Main pool has dirty tiling on floor, showers in men’s are filthy, broken pool lights, jets in pool were obviously a feature once but now sit half filled in and half hanging off, lighting in ‘spa’ pool area is so bright it’s far from relaxing but compared to the number of broken lights in the gym area it’s well lit I suppose…, pictures online show the pool area as being decorated with plants and mood lighting yet it has no plants and just has bright white lights that look like a cheap council run leisure centre. Someone needs to really review the facilities if it wants to increase membership/users. It’s clearly been something in it’s time but has been left underfunded and under cared for. A shame.
