Google Bad Review 1: I have purchased several personalised items from this company. However I recently purchased an engraved bracelet for sentimental reasons when I lost my father. The bracelet came promptly within about 3 days of my loss, however the clasp is almost impossible to do up and undo without help. The response from Merci maman showed no compassion whatsoever and I was really disappointed with it. I would recommend anybody that purchased a bracelet from them does so with the understanding that somebody else will have to do the clasp! Very disappointed!

Google Bad Review (2): Can you give no stars? My Best friend purchased a ring for me. Merci Maman say their ring sizing is universal, THIS IS NOT THE CASE!!! We went into a jeweler and specifically checked the ring size prior to making the purchase. When we explained this to Merci Maman, we've basically been told, too bad. They have not assisted us at all. Super disappointed. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of willingness to accept their sizing is not ”universal”.Would NOT recommend.
