Google Bad Review 1: I’m trying REALLY hard to buy a high end Mercedes cabriolet from this dealership but the salesman I’m dealing with seems determined to make this Mission Impossible. After going for a test drive I asked him
to email me a quote. It’s now been a week and still I’ve received nothing. I’ve tried calling and emailing repeatedly so the salesman is fully aware I’m waiting and am keen to buy, but he won’t take or return my calls and on email I constantly get brushed off with casual, flippant and rude responses like “I’m with a customer I’ll send it to you later” or “my system's crashed I'll send it in 10mins”. But the quote never comes. There’s been no apology or explanation for the delay. I’ve decided to spend my money in a Mercedes dealership in Cheltenham instead, which is a 3 hour drive from where I live, rather than having to deal with this so called salesman who made it seem like selling me a very expensive car was the last thing he wanted to do and just a huge inconvenience. If you want your luxury car buying experience to be a hugely inconvenient, tawdry and frustrating experience where you’ll be disrespected by a salesman who doesn’t know the meaning of customer service, then look no further than this place. Everyone else should AVOID. Utterly diabolical service unbefitting a great company like Mercedes Benz. I feel very let down.

Google Bad Review (2): Went in on the off chance to obtain some information on a car I was going to look at and wanted to see the electronic service records. GDPR means I can no longer get this information, only the owner of the vehicle has access. Fair enough, but when I asked some further questions to a salesman about the s205 the salesman wasn't interested and the fact that I owned 2 Mercs already did not interest him or motivate him to help. He was only interested in how to convince me to buy a car off him. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the Sales Side at all. After sales and the garage staff were great. Sales staff were less than zero.
