Google Bad Review 1: I am still hoping to be able to change this review to a 4 or 5 but we’ll see whether the haphazard work is remedied within the next few days. Driving home after a simple service, for which I was charged 3x the cost that my local Elliot’s Motors (5*) charged, but went to Mercedes because the dealership is the one place able to reset the computer to indicate that the service has been performed, a flashing light and the ‘check tire pressure’ indicator went off and continued to beep.
Given London traffic, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to drive home from Bromley to Blackheath – Bromley Mercedes’ answer to their failure to reset the tire pressure gauge was that I should drive back to have them reset this.

Google Bad Review (2): we bought our brand new ML350 in 2011and a couple of months after the warranty had run out it had an engine oil leak. They charged us £3000 to fix it and this year again we had another engine leak. We complained this was a manufacturing fault but they did not want to take the responsibility and wanted to charge us another £900 .I fixed the problem for £300 in a diesel garage in Halstead and had to sell it straight away.
very poor customer service. Never will buy this make again.
