Google Bad Review 1: New Years Day. 1/1/2019! What a terrible experience at this restaurant. Me & my partner arrived at 7.20, ordered our food at 7.26pm, the food did not arrive until 8.21pm! That’s terrible, as at the time of ordering the young lady who served us stated 15-20 minutes!
When the food finally arrived, it tasted horrible. And then adding salt to the wound by adding service charge on the bill, taking it to £128. I refused to pay the service charge, and she knew exactly why.
However not at any point did she come over and ask, how was everything, or even apologise to say that it’s taking this long an so forth. You go to an expensive restaurant, therefore you expect the service to be a lot more better for the price you pay. Sadly, this was a huge disappointment to us, & will not be returning for any future bookings. I had also asked another staff to check up on the food status, she acknowledged an said I will go and check with the kitchen. Did not return back afterwards to inform us.
Please avoid this place and don’t let your evening be disappointed! I would like the manager to contact us regarding our visit.
