Google Bad Review 1: The food is average for what you pay, The service has gone really bad, The new lady on till doesn't know what she doing I was waiting ten minutes just to get served and then she was very ruded.She started coughing on the food on display. I must say the previous lady who was working on till was much better and polite and knew exactly what she was doing . I won't be going back there again.

Google Bad Review (2): Came here with high expectations as it was recommended by a friend, however, I left feeling fairly insulted and annoyed.
I walked into the restaurant with my elderly Grandma and a few family members only to stand there for 3 minutes without being greeted by anyone and completely ignored by the man selling paan at the entrance. We decided to seat ourselves in the closest empty seats. The restaurant states ‘Self service' which we acknowledged, but we struggled to find individual menus.
I went up to order some tap water for my family only to be told ‘We don't serve tap water. Only bottled water'. I think tap water is a basic necessity.
I then went up and ordered our food and it arrived quite swiftly, but annoying was served in flimsy plastic plates that barely held the food it carried.
The dosas were extremely thick and and a too doughy, when they should have been crispy and thin.
We were also disappointed with the chilli paneer which was very rubbery and served In a watered down sauce. Coming from an Indian family I've grown up eating all sorts of paneer however this was seriously inedible and flavourless, and I've never been served chilli paneer in such a watery sauce. My mother went up to the till to tell the lady about the paneer and started to explain ‘ the paneer is very watery' before getting cut off by the lady who exclaimed ‘no no no this is my best selling dish' without letting my mum finish her sentence.
We decided to leave as we were fairly disappointed and put off. We were given no compensation for the untouched panneer.
As we were leaving my aunty decided to try the paan, and again was disappointed as the ingredients were stale.
I'm aware many small restaurants are often cash only and can be self service however, we were given no good service and were utterly let down by the food.
