Google Bad Review 1: I had nothing against this vets at the beginning. All was good. But then my cat started getting very ill. She lost a lot of weight and we took her in to find out what was happening. After 2 full blood tests that cost like £200 each, we were told we need to clean her ears, give her eye drops and that she doesn’t like her food so we should change it. None of this advice was good and in addition super incompetent. After she wasn’t getting better we decided to take our cat to a different vet and not give more money to Medivet. The new vet examined the cat and did a quick reaction test. Turns out she has a brain tumour (obvs we won’t know for sure until we do the scans, but her behaviour unfortunately suggest that). I think it’s extremely incompetent of medivet to take so much money from us and not be able to tell what could be wrong. There is many other vets in the area that are much better, so please do your pets a favour and STAY AWAY!

Google Bad Review (2): I wouldn't even rate it 1 star but no other option. My pet has always been registered here but we used to go to their other practice that is no longer available. This is the 2nd time I have been here, 1st time I waited outside for over an hour. Last week my pet had his health check, went inside checked in was told to take a seat, the receptionist was literally slagging off the previous customer to her colleague even though the practice was in the wrong! After about 20 minutes I asked how much longer it was going to be, was told soon. Everyone that was there was called in and seen, everyone that came in afterwards was seen except my pet.
I have taken my custom elsewhere not that they would be bothered.
Nothing against the vets just the practice.
