Google Bad Review 1: Emma, Audrey here again. Responding with false information costs you an additional negative review. Firstly, I did not at any point tell your colleague the rabies vaccine was out of date. You're putting wrong words in my mouth. I called to ask whether it was out of date or still valid. The lady checked the system, and said it was out of date. Trusting your system, I then booked an appointment. I did indeed not present the (French) passport because Ben told us that due to Brexit you were no longer allowed to write or stamp his passport, given my dog's passport is French. Several days after I was going through my dog's passport and noticed his previous vaccine, that you had performed, was still in fact valid. It is rather simple to understand that the error comes from your end. Your should have recorded the vaccines performed on my dog in your system in the first place. Secondly, yes indeed, Ben told us the vaccine cost around £55, and compulsory check-up around £73 and later offered a £14 refund…out of £128 which were unnecessarily spent because of your mistakes…how ridiculous! Not only were the mistakes made from your end, but when we explained the situation to your colleague at the front desk, the customer service received was appallingly rude. Lastly, you accuse me of of writing reviews under different names. Please show me proof, because that is quite a severe accusation. However, all in all, your actions just serve to show readers the appalling levels of customer service. Not very smart from you, Emma. Readers, if you'd like to be falsely accused, wrong words to be put into your mouth, and receive shocking levels of customer service, Medivet Notting Hill is the place to go!

Google Bad Review (2): I went to my vet for a refund of my dog's prescription medicine bought less than 24 hours ago and whilst I understand they couldn't refund it for a reason (?!) I don't see how they can use it in house as the receptionist was keen to take it back?!
Dodgy, I wouldn't recommend them! Also the receptionist is not very animal friendly and she was a bit dismissive.
