Google Bad Review 1: Felt that my Cat’s check up (annual health check and booster) was not carried out thoroughly and his appointment only lasted a mere 5 minutes. I had to ask multiple questions about the healthcare that I feel I should have been told about. And the receptionist was not very friendly. I have not experienced this previously at other Vets.
I was advised that a Vet would get back to me regarding the visit but never received a call.
Overall I felt the appointment was rushed and they tried to get me out as soon as possible.

Google Bad Review (2): This is Medivet. They buy up vets, hike prices, hire cheap (great!) European vets in rotation, sell regular meds for ££££ more than you can get online, and push unnecessary intervention for your animals. All of this is widely documented in the press. I hope you have the choice to go to an independent vet who behaves decently and doesn't suggest horrible invasive ops for your aging animal because they know the equally hiked insurance will pay for it. After your deductible.
