Google Bad Review (2): Wow so so rude! Member of staff, think it was Carol, who I spoke to hung up on me when I hadn't finished speaking, rang back and second member of staff was even ruder, didn't even apologise, was incredibly standoffish and snobby, answered my questions in a very rude tone as if i was a complete idiot. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't even care if they don't help me and would actually prefer it if they didn't.
