Google Bad Review 1: I wanted to test drive an mp4-12c they advertised purchasing at the Ascot branch. I received a call from them 1 week after I phoned them to which they advised they were on holiday, so no one picked up my mail, so no handover. I made a follow up call at the London office and they put me back in touch with the salesman in ascot, he did follow up once and advised he would arrange my test drive after the holiday weekend. Again no one called me. Its funny everyone raves about how good the customer service is, but from my perspective, my experience was not very welcoming, especially as a potentially new McLaren buyer, I thought I would have been treated better then that. They never phoned back when they said they would phone back and never arranged my desired test drive to buy a 120k car. That's poor I'm afraid.

Google Bad Review (2): Visited last week with my 12 year old son during normal business hours since we were planning to purchase a McLaren within the next 3 months. Noticed that a birthday party was being held for a 4 year old. We were asked to leave by the parents or they would call security.
Why would a dealer stop selling cars to have a birthday party for a 4 year old. My son was offended and so was I. My son has no interest in having me purchase a McLaren due to this incident. This is tough for me since we both have a love for McLaren and the exhaust note.
I race sportbikes and cars and own my own business and felt the situation could have been handled better. Hopefully the parents will purchase the one I won't purchase.
