Google Bad Review 1: Ordered Diet Coke as I am diabetic and got a full fat coke!, when spole to the staff they did change it but at no point offered an apology.
To then sit and eat my food whole 3 of the staff were having an argument in full view and ear shot of the hole restaurant and the rest of the staff. Pretty piss poor.
The consequences for me of ha in full fat coke are VERY serious and has a BIG effect on my health and medications.

Google Bad Review (2): Really disorganised, we only ordered drinks and ice cream, from the self serve screen and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes to receive them. None of the staff behind the counter seem to know what they're doing, and wander around aimlessly. Not impressed. Won't be coming here again.
