Google Bad Review 1: Extremely disappointing customer service!!
Had multiple issues with the car since I bought it, such as: body panels failing off and some currently still faulty, oil leaks, heated seats not working, wheel bolts missing, 4 different tyres (one summer tyre and one snow tyre on the same axel). Coming from a professional garage, a very poor effort ensuring that the car they sold was safe and up to standard.
Although they had rectified some of the issues, others where seen as “not liable”. Panels coming away… “not liable”. Missing wheel bolt… “not liable”. These are all issues that were there when it was sold. Being a novice and trusting buyer from a garage, I did not think I was expected to be checking if all wheel bolts were there or that all panels were secured on. This surely should be the job of a seller and if not rectified, at least advertised stating the issues.
Overall, I am very shocked at the level of safety this garage sells their cars. Nothing but problems since I got my car and this should not be the case. If it is the case, then the garage should be doing everything they can to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Attached is a sample of the issues I had. Please bare in mind before thinking about buying from this garage.
