As you can tell from the owner's reply, they have accused me of being a ‘scammer' for staying anonymous even though I was a customer on two occasions, this kind of attacking and unprofessional response is exactly why I wrote this review anonymously.
The hairdresser I had, Iva, was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and hostile. I couldn't believe it, I simply explained in detail what I want for my haircut as I always do at the start of an appointment and she proceeded to get extremely hostile and irritated, saying I should learn to trust and trust her even though this is only my second time seeing her and that I just wanted to explain clearly what I wanted. It was so confusing. I stayed calm as I was scared she would lob off all my hair in anger, she was that combative. She saw everything I said about what type of haircut I want as a personal attack on her, I felt like I was talking to an insane person, so I patiently waited and paid for the service but I stood my ground and told her that I am allowed to say what I want from a haircut. I will never go back again and I highly recommend that you don't go either. She even had the audacity to complain about the acquaintance who introduced me to this salon to begin with. It was such an incredibly unpleasant and confusing experience when all I wanted was a simple hair cut and blow dry. Stay away for your own good, the positive reviews are absolutely baffling.
