Google Bad Review 1: I attempted to book an appointment with them, however it was impossible to get through on the phone. When i finally did get through to book, i asked for a confirmation of my booking. I never heard back. When I arrived for my appointment it didn't exist and they couldn't see me as i hadn't been given any of the information needed for it. There was one lady on reception and i couldn't wait inside as she was with another client, so i had to stand out on the street. The building is unclean and run down, the carpet needed hoovering and theres no sign indicating that this even was master of touches. Very upset that I wasted my time trying to book through them.

Google Bad Review (2): It was okay but nothing special to be honest. The sauna was small and good for one person, would definetly be okay for two persons still. The music and light was relaxing and the service was friendly. The steam room had a strange smell and there was a lot of water on the floor which didn't flow off, I expect this was the water of the person/s who went into the steam room right before me. Body scrub felt rough. The facial felt okay but my skin went bad afterwards for any reason. Would not pay more money as 29£ rather less.
