Google Bad Review: Usually I’ve had a good experience here. But today, the lady who is working is utterly rude over me being 8 mins late due to traffic. I tried to call more than two times but no one answered the phone. She could’ve cancelled the appointment and rather than raise her voice at as soon as I knocked on the door. There is a way to talk to people. Without having a chance to apologise, the lady was so unprofessional. She opened the door and just started having a go at me without even giving me a chance to apologise or ask for my name? I still got my service which I came for but I do not understand why this woman was so abrupt. Lateness is annoying but sometimes it cannot be helped in a central london location, however, customers shouldn’t be spoken to in such manner (just say you cannot serve them politely). I have been served by other members of staff here and had no problem and are always so welcoming. This was the most awkward service and will not be returning.
