Google Bad Review (2): Renting in 2017/18 – semi-criminal and useless agents. Agents did not provide correct number of keys upon moving in. Messed us around telling us to cut a key to the flat block, which a tenant cannot do. Took two weeks to get keys sorted. Forced us to pay rent for 3 weeks when property was uninhabitable due to power supply issue caused by landlord's negligence. They helped the landlord try to take £2,500 from the deposit for some minor scuffs on a wall. We had to resort to filing a complaint with the deposit dispute service, which settled on a £40 deduction. They used underhand tactics (threats, manipulation and bartering) to try to make us cave in regarding the deposit deduction. Were never there when we needed them for urgent matters regarding the property, such as arranging for an electrician. No apology or compensation has ever followed. Overall a very unpleasant experience.
