Google Bad Review (2): New Sprinter minibus was taken into Marshall's with an ignition switch fault. Mis-diagnosed as a problem with the key. Took 8 (yes that is EIGHT) weeks to effect a repair. Communications non-existent and when we did on rare occasions manage to make contact from our end they were arrogant to the point of being rude. Can't really justify the one star rating but need to give them that much to submit the review. Judging from other posts here this is not an isolated incident, but another symptom of systemic bad management.
