Google Bad Review 1: Completely misled by Marsh and Parsons in relation to the property we just rented and sadly there has been no acknowledgement of this despite multiple follow ups. We were told we would be given keys to the garden square on the day we would move in. We asked several times to confirm before agreeing to take the flat on rent and were repeatedly told we would get the keys on the day we would move in. We are now told we are not automatically eligible after we have moved in, we have to pay an extra fee and don’t know if and when we may get the keys. Incredibly unethical management of the entire situation.
