Google Bad Review 1: Had to pop into this branch today and was met with a rude and sarcastic receptionist who oddly didn’t seem to know the properties the branch were managing or the colleagues she worked with. Having been rude for a few minutes a more helpful member of the back office staff stepped in to lend a hand. Last year I worked with in excess of 500 landlords selling property in the Camden Town area and this year I will advise each I encounter of the poor standard of service I received. Receptionist was on desk at 5pm.
