I reserved a table for 8 people (I made the reservation last week) clearly they didn't make my reservation when I arrived there they told me my place where the sofas are with 2 smalls coffee table when I asked for a proper table the waitress just told me there were my table and if I was not happy I could leave extremely rude. They have any customer service at all the manager Andrea comes to us and told me nobody complained for be seat and have they meal in the coffee table. Extremely rude stuff.
I used to buy from them in the app but not anymore.
Bad service I made a reservation for a table of 8 people for hj (I made the reservation last week) I arrived hj la waited a long time and they put me in a place with sofas and 2 small coffee tables when I asked about my table, the waitress simply asked me said that this was my place and if i wasn't happy i could leave. I asked to speak to the manager who has already told me that nobody ever complained about eating at the coffee tables.
I always bought from them by app but I certainly never buy again.

Péssimo atendimento fiz uma reserva pra uma mesa de 8 pessoas pra hj( fiz a reserva semana passada) cheguei hj la esperei um tempão e me colocaram em um lugar com sofas e 2 mesas pequenas de café qdo eu questionei sobre minha mesa a garçonete simplesmente me disse que aquele era meu lugar e se eu não estivesse feliz eu poderia sair. Pedi pra falar com a gerente que ja veio me falando que ninguém nunca reclamou de comer nas mesas de café.
Eu sempre comprei deles por aplicativo mais com certeza não compro nunca mais.
