Google Good Review: I can say that there is ton of space for improvement but the staff is working on clock to provide great personal care, promote dignity and encourage the implementation of new ideeas. Most of the current staff work over their head to maintain a positive and wanted level of quality and support the residents. They even have a night club for those who can't sleep, where a cup of tea, a movie and a social interaction might be the answer to their sleepiness. Manor Lodge might not be a top notch house, a high end residence up to today's extravagant standards but the warm hearts are enough to compensate. The nursing team is fantastic, summarising a team of RGNs and carers who are truly devoted to their work. Recommended

Google Bad Review: I'm sorry to say of what I've heard from word of mouth and have witnessed at this establishment it's all fur coat and no knickers.
The residents get shouted at.
Staff are allways to busy doing paper work or having little meetings or chats.
