Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely horrible – stay away at all costs!! Appalling service and lack of regard for any health and safety of the public. I just went to a wedding organized by mange couple days ago – food was horrible, obviously cooked off site and then microwaves with spots of hot and cold, service was slow and non-responsive, at some point one waiter just came to the table and wanted to take the bottles of wine without even asking us for permission. Apparently they had instructions from the bride to collect all the flowers after the event and deliver them to her next day, which they did not and came up with ridiculous excuses. And this is not the worst of it all. At the end of the event I was physically assaulted by one of the staff members in some aggressive rage witnessed by other staff members, who just stood there watching it in shock. I complained to the event manager for the day Kate Bellamy, who got all the details, called the police so I could report the assault and she gave me her contacts to follow up. To date she still has not returned my calls, ignored my emails and text messages. Her colleague Anthony Issroff without any sympathy for what happened to me just made yet another excuse that the abusive person was not their staff but a staff of the venue with which they work regularly. The event was managed by them, they allowed the crazy person to be on site to the detriment of safety and security of guests, they made that choice without checking who this person really was, which means they are legally liable. I don't care for who employed this crazy person, Mange have a working relationship with the venue, they have the contact names and details, they can pursue this issue with them directly out of customer care, service and business ethics – none of which they clearly have. Anthony just suggested that I “let it blow off”… Excuse me – I was hit, assaulted, abused, screamed at and threatened in public and I need to let it blow off as if I just made a complaint about getting the wrong desert or something else trivial. This attitude is appalling and unforgivable. Hope this business doesn't last long. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON”T WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!
