Google Bad Review 1: Avoid Mandarin Stone! They partly delivered the wrong tiles as the tiles we ordered were based on a sample that was wrongly labelled. The only thing they were able to offer was to exchange the tiles the following week or we would have to accept the wrong tiles. As our tiler was fully booked the following week, we had no other option but to accept the wrong tiles but no gesture of goodwill was even offered at all for the inconvenience caused and the fact we are now having to tile a bathroom with tiles we never wanted in the first place!! simply disappointing!

Google Bad Review (2): Probably not fair to judge my overall experience of Mandarin based on a phone call but if I could give this review 0 stars I would. I called the store today and spoke to a woman who was abrupt, extremely rude and did not listen to a word I said. Whenever I would ask for a little assistance she would cut me off and respond with ‘I can’t help you, it is your personal choice’. I was planning on visiting the showroom but I am now forced to take my business somewhere else. Unprofessional customer service, I am very disappointed.
