Be very careful when leaving flat as they will try to keep as much of the deposit they can applying excesive cleaning fees (in my case after hiring a professional cleaner and 2 days doing the house myself). Do not trust in them and take pictures and refer to the inventory as much as you can. Try to avoid them if you can

Google Bad Review (2): Very bad experience at the end when they stripped part of our deposit out with fake pics after taking good care of the flat. Lucky them i was overseas already otherwise they would have been in a legal trouble – stay away from this cow boys, specially from the italian chap named Lerry, completely incompetent.
