Google Bad Review 1: I arranged for two sofas to be collected and delivered to my home address on the 17th of May 2022. They charged me £200 for two men and one van. They turned up more than an hour and a half late and they made a stop on the way to the delivery address. One of them kept smoking in the van which was unpleasant to say the least and he was on his mobile while driving.
I arranged for another sofa to be collected and delivered to another address which we agreed well in advance for today (2nd July 2022) at 09:30. The agreed price was £100 for two men and one van. It is now almost 11am and they didn’t bother turning up even though I confirmed the time and day earlier this week. They didn’t reply to my messages or pickup the phone when I called. The least they could have done was to let me know that they are unable to come. I wouldn’t have bothered getting up early on a Saturday morning to make sure that I’m ready.
Overall a very poor experience, avoid these clowns unless you like making appointments and people not turning up. They are very unprofessional and exceptionally rude. I will not be using your services again and I will strongly discourage others from doing so, starting with this negative review. Next time pickup the phone and arrive on time. If you can’t make the appointment, the customer has a right to be kept informed.
