Google Bad Review 1: I had the worst experience in my life I don't recommend this place do anyone to goo ther the people there and the reception they're very disrespectful people that doesn't know how to speak to customer that doesn't know how to serve the customer they're giving a different different prices I spend £45 that item was worth £30 and asking why you told me £30 now you charging me £45 and they told me if you want to buy buy if you don't want to buy a get out I'm very disappointed with the customer service

Google Bad Review (2): Will never go here again. Can you believe it, they charge a 20% restocking charge when you return something. Totally unacceptable in this age when their competitors don't.. They are not the cheapest either. Go for Jewson or MGN who would deliver on same day, match any quote if they are already not any cheaper and have much better customer service.
