Google Bad Review 1: Pay extra for your cleaner – what for? no insurance cover – cleaner and yourself do all the arranging and running round.
DO NOT USE – £40 / month for absolutely nothing.

Google Bad Review (2): The process of booking a cleaner was simple enough and parting with my hard earned money was very straightforward. I explained that I needed a cleaner ASAP having moved into a property which had been left in a terrible state but it was the internal window frames I wanted cleaned. The cleaner turned up, friendly enough albeit a little too chatty. I explained the problem (the windows were bad) and she replied it wouldn’t be an issue, o goodness she was noisy and huffing and puffing as she cleaned… admittedly I didn’t check her work before paying her on top of the £30 registration fee for the 4 hours she was here. Inspecting her work I was shocked to discover that the windows (frames) were still dirty and I had to clean them myself. Complained to the company, the first person seemed to suggest it was my fault as I should have checked all 12 windows prior to paying!!
A supervisor later call (v professional) and apologised and offered a refund, more than 20 days later I’ve rang to find out why it hasn’t been paid.
Apologies are no good if there’s no demonstration.
I had considered having a regular cleaner but nope, my peace and sanity are more precious

Google Good Review: What a wonderful deep clean! The cleaners did an excellent job cleaning our apartment, even cleaning parts we didn't ask for. We would definitely use them again!
