Google Bad Review 1: Stylist did not cut wavy/curly hair well. Am waiting to grow it out and have it cut somewhere else. Asked the stylist just to trim an inch off the existing style and keep the style, clearly did not happen. Would not recommend for wavy/curly hair.

Google Bad Review (2): I came here to have eyelash extensions and the beautician (Minnie) somehow managed to glue my eyelids shut (and painfully pulled them apart). Having asked for a natural look, the lashes were below the lash-line and looked really unkempt, messy and just generally weird. They were so low, they obstructed a lot of my vision. When I told her I could feel a lash protruding into my right eye, she dismissed me and said that's normal (I've had lash extensions elsewhere and know none of this is normal). I paid and headed home, where my sister and partner agreed the lashes looked odd. When I went back, I had to insist on a complete removal and refund. Minnie spoke over me when I voiced my concerns, insisting that everything looked fine and normal. The removal was horrible – she plucked the lashes out (meaning my real lashes were still attached), told me not to open my eyes as the removal chemical can sting, then proceeded to handle my eyelids in a way that forced the eye open, making the chemical enter and sting the eye. In the manager's defence, I was given a full refund, however, I won't be using their services again.
