Google Bad Review 1: I have had a visit from your cleaner booked for today (Saturday 22/08 ) for 1:30 in the afternoon. Everything was booked and confirmed. This morning I have received a message saying they will be with me at 3pm not 1:30 as there has been a delay at previous job. Which was fine.
This is a place I'm moving out from and have to hand it over on Monday. This was booked as end of tenancy cleaning.
I have made a journey from central London for 3pm to let the cleaner in. When it got to 4pm and cleaner was nowhere to be seen. I have called the number I got the confirmation text on and was told they were trying to contact me all morning and was waiting for confirmation. That is simply not true. I will attach a screenshot of the messages which clearly didn't need any confirmation and my call log which doesn't show any missed calls. I also didn't appreciate being spoken to the way I was on the phone.

Google Bad Review (2): Horrible experience. Only thing cleaned properly was the hoven, which was the reason why I asked them to clean the whole apartment for the end of our tenancy.
The result was a bill of £515 which I had to pay in order to get a receipt to give to the Estate Agents as proof of “cleaning done at professional standard”.
They failed the inspection and refused to go back and do the cleaning properly, so now I have another bill from Frost on top of Madina's rip-off.
I'm taking further action against them as they have behaved in the most unprofessional way possible.
Avoid them at all means.
