Google Bad Review 1: (Translated by Google) Good atmosphere and the waiter Marcos super kind, I took a Lebanese friend to taste Brazilian food and it couldn't have been more frustrating. The “picanha” was not picanha and I can't stop thinking that I paid almost £18.00 for it. I've worked in a restaurant and I know it's not the fault of the attendants. Anyway, I don't particularly give it a second chance. I hope they get better at it because apparently I wasn't the only Brazilian cheated, if I had seen the evaluation before going I wouldn't have asked for rump steak.

Ambiente bom e o Garçom Marcos super gentil, levei uma amiga libanesa para saborear a comida brasileira e não podia ter sido mais frustrante. A “picanha” não era picanha e eu não consigo parar de pensar que paguei quase £18,00 por aquilo. Já trabalhei em restaurante e sei que a culpa não e dos atendentes. Enfim, eu particularmente não dou uma segunda chance. Espero que melhorem nisso por que pelo visto eu não fui o único brasileiro enganado, se tivesse visto a avaliação antes de ir eu não teria pedido picanha.

Google Bad Review (2): Went for a meal in Made In Brasil for a friends birthday last night, would never go back. The staff look disinterested and miserable, particularly “Nelson” who is probably the rudest waiter I have ever had the misfortune to be served by.
Here’s a tip for you, mistakes happen but and apology goes a long way, the service was abysmal.
Would never go back.
