Google Bad Review: On Wednesday the 15th I went to the Orpington, Kent branch for a hay-fever injection. This is a big facility that was full of patients, staff and doctors all over the facility. After I reported to the reception she loudly asked me what am I here for repeatedly. I said to see the GP but she loudly demanded a reason and that is after she asked my full name, date of birth and address out loudly in an office full of staff and other patients everyone knew my personal details. She then proceeded to shout out loudly that I am here for my hay-fever Injection! There service is absolutely disgusting and I am not happy since they have a duty of care! They seem to forget that they are privately funded and need to stay confidential! Please note Lyca Health I have consulted this with the legal department I can use with my Union membership and I will be taking this further!!
